| Introduction | I am a thirty-something mom of 3, diagnosed with Celiac Disease June 5th, 2010. (I write out the date here otherwise I won't remember.) My house is not gluten-free, in-fact, it's 99% filled with gluten. I don't enjoy cooking and we eat out 80% of the time. I am not looking to turn into a foodie. I am just trying to figure out how to be gluten-free without driving myself and my family nuts. |
