| Introduction | RPB currently serves as FaRPAC's chief spokesperson, and is serving his third term as an elected commissioner with the Tualatin Valley Water District. He was the Executive Director of the Oregon Libertarian Party for six years, won the party's nomination for governor in 1998, and has worked as a senior Legislative Assistant in the Oregon Senate. Richard works with Republican and Democratic lawmakers on a variety of bills each legislative session. Richard also has worked in the media, having had his own show on KVAN (Vancouver, WA), worked as a guest host on KUIK (Hillsboro, OR), worked as a talk show producer for KTLK (Portland, OR), and has been interviewed by members of the press throughout Oregon and the nation as a news figure. |
