| Introduction | When I was younger, I used to tell my parents I couldn't sleep at night. They didn't believe me. At the age of 39 I finally had a job with medical benefits. I went to a sleep clinic and discovered I had a condition called PLMS or Periodic Limb Movements in Sleep. I also suffer from depression but I didn't know that for a long while either. I just thought I was the last of the great romantics. It turns out I had more in common with Nick Drake than is healthy for a person, and none of his talent. |
