Introduction	Born in Havana, Cuba, Cesar is a self-proclaimed "Almendarista," but he blogs about all Cuban teams. He works as a web producer in the Sports department of USA TODAY, where he formerly served as baseball editor. He's also worked as a writer or editor at The Miami Herald, (South Florida) Sun-Sentinel, Tampa Tribune and Ocala Star-Banner.
