Introduction	I am just your average guy who has always had a yen for Ironman. I started seriously looking at triathlon in 2008 and I have never looked back. This blog was started to document my progress to Ironman 2010. Since then I have completed Ironman Canada and four 1/2 iron races and numerous other events. Then... for whatever reason, I started blogging again after a couple of year hiatus.... go figure.
