Introduction	Hello! My name is Josie and I am a 20 something year old wife and mother of two who is trying to cut the crap out of her life and get back to the basics. So what does that mean? Well, this is my journey (and everyday struggle) to conquer a healthier and happier life by getting real. I'm tired of all the overly processed foods and the belief that eating healthy is too expensive. I've battled weight my whole life along with body image obsession and negativity. I'm trying to get the artificial crap out of my diet and eat what's real in moderation.
