Introduction	I have been a Migraineur ever since my mid-20s. My attacks became chronic in 2001. My mother, grandmother, sister, and 2 of my 4 sons have or have had Migraine Disease. My goal for this blog is to encourage, educate, and empower Migraineurs so they can live as well as possible.

Favorite Movies	Lord of the Rings, You've Got Mail, Sleepless in Seattle, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Net, The Pelican Brief
Favorite Music	Anything by Bach, Strauss, or Haydn, and other classical composers
Favorite Books	Pilgrim's Progress, any thing by Michael Crichton, John Grisham, Nicholas Sparks, historical fiction, novels about law or medicine (hence Grisham and Crichton)
