| Introduction | My name is Tamara Cobbin and after 50 years I finally know what I want to be when I grow up. I am a mother of 4. Stepmom of 1. Worked hard at retail, travel writing, cooking, photo journalism and then, finally, I tried my hand at - MLM. Yes, I tried to sell just about anything that was multi -levelled. That’s where my demise happened. the invention of “Call Display” ratted me out. It warned everyone I knew – both family, friends and ‘just-mets’ that I, Tamara Cobbin, had something to sell. No one would answer my calls. But even worse, no one would even ask, how I was? In case this tempted me to go into my latest sales pitch. When I think back on it, I am surprised I even have enough people to have friends on my personal Facebook site. All I wanted to do was work from home in my PJs, see my kids, travel where I wanted, practice my favourite past time – photography, AND pay the bills. Now in a new century, I have found my dreams coming true. I work in my groovy PJs – and look damn fine,I travel where I want, and I take photography as a serious hobby. |
