| Introduction | I was born and raised in Georgia--which means I'm a natural at deep fried foods. In 2010, I met a man who I assumed would be my lifelong partner--things didn't pan out, but I luckily gained a beautiful daughter out of the mess. 2012 rolls around, and I once again thought I had finally found love--which obviously didn't work out. So in 2014, after a nasty split, I decided it was time for me to change myself, my life, and my mentality--that's when my fat loss and muscle gain voyage began (I hate calling it weight loss, because that's not my goal--fat loss is my goal).
