| Introduction | Have run Five Marathons and never beaten the 4 hour barrier. Poland 4hrs 01min; Venice 4hrs 10mins; Amsterdam 4hrs 20mins; Chester 4hrs 30mins; London 4 hrs 27mins. So I have officially retired from Full Marathons to the Egg and Spoon Race, also known as Half Marathons. My best so far is: Amsterdam 1hrs 43min New target to beat 1 hour 40mins, lets hope I have better luck. |
