| Introduction | Welcome to Art Candy! My name is Candace, and I am from Birmingham, Alabama. I have a fabulous husband, who is the love of my life and my best friend. We have 4 of the most amazing kids in the world! I am active in my church and I love the mountains and the beach. I love swimming, camping, anything with my family, and of course Painting and Photography! I love making art out of anything, and I am more and more inspired every day by the beautiful things God has given us. I would love to be able to pursue either of these passions full time in the future, but for now, they must remain hobbies. I paint mostly for myself, and take pictures mostly of my friends and family. I would love the opportunity, however, to talk to you about creating a work of art that you can treasure from this day forward. |
| Favorite Movies | I love movies!!!! I love all kinds of movies...except Westerns. I never get to watch movies anymore, though, because my husband doesn't like them! Can you believe that? Who doesn't like movies. I know I could go see them without him...but where is the fun in that? I want to share everything with him. I do get out to see some new ones every once in a while. Some of my all time favorites are The Shawshank Redemption, Fight Club, Kill Bill (1 & 2), the Bourne series, Grease, Edward Scissorhands, Great Balls of Fire, the Harry Potter series, The Blind Side, Shrek, 27 Dresses, Baby Mama, the Exorcism of Emily Rose, Secretary, and I could go on and on... |
| Favorite Music | I like Top 40's kind of music. My mom describes it as mindless dance music. If it has a good beat...I like it. Of course, I've been known to love the sappy love songs too. And, I am a Southern Girl, so I have to admit to listening to and enjoying country music too. |
