Sponges and tongues are frequently misspelled. Is it because both are thirsty?

No, it is because most spell casters do not first determine what type of fluid, if any, is in a sponge; and, they sometimes consume a strong drink before attempting to cast a spell. Both of these are dangerous experiments for spell casters!
