| Introduction | a thirty something year old mother trying to get through the everyday ups and downs of life while constantly trying to lose weight, keep my 7 year old active and eating healthy all while working not to mention the spouse, but he can generally fend for himself) I am also a babyloss mama. I lost my son to a birth defect called Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH) in the summer of 2008. There is no cause or cure for CDH. We are currently TTC # 3 and this is much of my inspiration for organic, whole food, fresh, healthy eating. I want to make sure my body is as healthy as possible if/when we conceive our next child. |
