| Introduction | I'm a 25 year old who has been diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, major depressive disorder, anxiety and panic disorder. I have suffered for 15 years. I currently see a psychiatrist, therapist and do DBT (dialectical behavior therapy) regularly. I want to work toward Awareness of mental health and end the ignorance, stereotypes and stigmas that go with the.
