Introduction	In my first term at uni I was scared to go into the kitchen and lived off tinned soup. The weight loss was drastic and I felt rubbish. I've always been a bit of a baker, but I just couldn't bring myself to spend that much time there in case I got in someone's way or gasp had to TALK to someone. Well, baking has changed all that. This term I cook nearly all my own meals from scratch and try to bake a cake for the lovely people on my corridor at least once a week (time permitting!). Cooking is actually my favourite thing about my day and I can't wait to get back in the kitchen!

Actually, when I was scuba diving in Indonesia, there was a pier that was sunk to make an artifical reef, only there was a bicycle chained to it. So those fish GOT their bicycle.
