| Introduction | Thomas F. Flynn, author of Bikeman, was a writer and producer at CBS News for more than a quarter century. He was a founding member of 48 HOURS, an investigative producer for the CBS Evening News with Dan Rather and a producer at 60 Minutes for Steve Kroft. He currently writes and produces for Dan Rather Reports on cable broadcaster HDNet. He's been honored by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences with 15 Emmy Award nominations, winning six. And he was honored with the prestigious Peabody Award for his work on 48 HOURS. He has recently completed writing his first murder mystery novel and is at work on the second in the series. He is co-author with his wife Nancy Reardon of On Camera (Focal Press). He splits time between New York City and Cape Cod. He and Nancy’s daughter, Kate, lives and works in New York. |
