Introduction	I am beginning the next segment of my life while adjusting to Empty Nest Syndrome. My three offspring are adults who have embarked on their respective journeys. I like to think I did an exceptional job as a single parent. I've been cooking professionally for more than 20 years and I'm passionate about creating memorable occasions around delicious food. I am constantly searching for new ideas and ways to make dishes "pop". The love I put into my food is apparent in every bite. I have been catering for almost 8 years. I am a 3rd generation chef, and am so excited to be expanding my business.
