| Introduction | We are avid boaters and very much enjoy spending time on our boat and cruising Lake Michigan. Randy began boating on Lake Michigan in 1981 and purchased his first boat, a 24 foot Stamas, in 1986. Kristin began boating when she met Randy in 1994. Since then we have been boating together for 20 years. We purchased Kristin Says, a Tiara 4200 Open, in 2010 with the idea that we would expand our cruising boundaries to include the Great Loop. Kristin Says is our 4th boat (not counting the "toys": a 16 foot jet boat, a jet ski, and a RIB). In our non-boating life, Randy is a Clinical Professor of Law at the University of Chicago Law School. He teaches the Employment Law Clinic, various trial skills courses and Admiralty Law. Kristin is looking forward to an “encore career” with a nonprofit organization following her years in Real Estate Asset Management and Housing Finance. |
