Introduction	I'm no longer fresh out of college, it's been about a year. I'm into real estate... I always have been. I've worked in commercial and residential construction. I've designed homes and given advice on real estate. Having always been fascinated by large-scale home design as a kid, I have always tried to create my own floorplans.
