| Introduction | I am a wife and Mom of two boys, 45 years old in the start of perimenopause and trying to navigate that. I started my health and fitness journey 2 years ago, to help with AVN in my left hip which I broke in 2018. I am a fine art photographer, and have been for 16 years, I am a bodi partner, and I also dabble in painting again. I love desserts, and love to create new healthier versions of desserts I love, I have fallen in love with cooking again.
