Introduction	I have a Master's Degree in School Counseling, Pupil Personnel Services Credential, and I am a certified Yoga Instructor and Yoga Sculpt Instructor. I have been practicing yoga for 5 years. Yoga has taken me on such a wonderful and transformative journey. It strengthens your body, your mind, and your soul. Yoga is a part of my everyday life. I wake up feeling refreshed, I take life as it comes, accept the good and sometimes the bad, I appreciate nature, and nourish my body with the food it needs. My passion in life is to help others and share the beauty and kindness of yoga.
