| Introduction | Welcome to Ministry Sister. We are women preparing to work in ministry. We recognise the challenges which many have faced before us and have created this forum to share with one another, encourage each other and to grow in faith an in our ministries. We want to build community among women and to create a supportive, nurturing environment where we can share with one another and with others. We hope to impact the conversations which are taking place in the Adventist church at all levels on the growing trend of women in ministry and, where conversations are not taking place provoke the start of a discussion so that women who are seeking to fulfil that divine call can do so without restraint but with the full support of our conferences, our pastors, and membership. Our Mission is to be a place to voice the opinions of women training for ministry or who thinking about going into ministry We want to connect with Seventh-day Adventist women across the globe, to discuss, nurture and love one another into ministry. And we want to create a network of women who are passionate about the gospel and who love God |
