Introduction	I am an artist and I view cooking as a work of art and a challenge. My food has to be visually pleasing, smell wonderful, taste even better, and be healthy. I cook entirely without red meat and alcohol. I avoid dairy as much as I can and eat small quantities of poultry, fish, and eggs. Yet I want hearty, filling foods. So here are my recipes, my dreams. Well, at least the ones that I've cooked recently. I'm back in school now, trying to become an art teacher.
