| Introduction | I am an Ayurvedic Physician, practicing since 1993. On an average day, I deal with patients who have been through intensive treatments and then given up by allopaths as incurable. I find certain commonalities across all these patients irrespective of the disease – Either they have consumed “medication” which has done them damage Or / and their basic food habits i.e. their understanding of what is “healthy” for them is quite skewed! The purpose of this blog is to make people aware of this so that they have the choice of making their lives healthy. |
