About me

Introduction To say that I enjoy fitness would be downplaying things a wee bit. In this blog, I try to reveal my heart for helping busy or housebound parents like myself stay in shape. Prior to having my two children, I worked as an assistant manager, trainer and group fitness instructor in a federal fitness facility. After seeing how hard it was to exercise beyond the home with kids in tow, I began dreaming of filming and producing family-friendly workouts. However, all the workout sites I researched were full of ancient gurus you had to be Hindi to understand or - worse! - skanky, scrawny models without a lick of understand about real women and real life! Having taught pilates and yoga up to and immediately after my own two healthy births, my goal become offering a simple holistic approach with gentle queues that inspire faith and fitness. As parents, we do it all for everyone - everyone but ourselves. I am here to help you remember to take care of yourself.
