Introduction	My name is Luis Ruelas, and I am a Solid Liberal according to the political ideology (online quiz). A solid liberal means that we are very optimistic about the nation’s future. We are the ones who are the most likely to say that America’s success will come with it's ability to change, rather than its reliance on long-standing principles. I personally do not have any political influences. As for my political experience I have never voted but this upcoming election will be the first election I will be legally allowed to vote in due to turning eighteen. I am taking part in Texas state and local government because it is part of my degree. It is a required class. After finishing the class I just hope for an A as my final grade and I would like to learn new things about Texas that my 2 years of living here have not yet taught me. In the general knowledge quiz I did poorly getting only three questions correct. For the political knowledge quiz I again only got three questions correct.
