| Introduction | I am married to Pauline and we have 5 children, Stephen Junior, Joe, Rebecca, Lauren and Victoria. I have 1 grand-daughter called Rachael and I have little baby Yorkshire terrier called "Tootsie". I live on the West coast of Scotland in Argyll. I have been a chef for more than 22 years and have worked in all sorts of establishments from 4 starred corporate hotels to private houses and during that time have cooked for all sorts of people from " Joe Bloggs" to members of the British Royal family, and although its been an honour to cook for certain people I can honestly say that I put the same effort into cooking for everyone. I have started this blog as a way of sharing recipe requests and as practice for getting that recipe book published that has been waiting around for years...this year for sure. I will add more information about myself as we go along. |
