Introduction	______________________ The idea for this blog came to me as I pulled a noodle from my daughter's lap and popped it in my mouth. I thought to myself, "How low you have sunk, my friend..." I knew I needed an outlet for my thoughts that might allow me to reclaim some parts of my old identity while I'm sculpting this new one. I needed to create that outlet in this crazy life that is no longer really mine.
