| Introduction | I’m a middle-aged moderately semi-normal guy with a lovely wife and two swell kids. I love the South but don’t have much tolerance for intolerance and bigotry. I’ve been a Parrot Head for 30 years. My wife is a nurse and we try to stay with healthy cooking most of the time. We love trying new dishes from different cultures. We currently have connections throughout the State of South Carolina, and frequently visit the Low Country, The Grand Strand, the Pee Dee area and the Piedmont. I'm a Charter Member of the SC Barbecue Association, A Certified BBQ Judge, and a member of the Southern Foodways Alliance and a Taste of Home Field Editor. |
