| Introduction | I'm a recently retired college instructor. I live with my husband of 29 years, my 18-year-old son, and a naughty cat named Skippyjon! These days I'm reshuffling parts of myself, and maybe growing a few new ones: writer, artist, nurturer, teacher, nature-lover, editor, mother, daughter, wife, mystic, trauma survivor, etc. etc. What is the self, really? One thing, or an endless set of possibilities? Do we choose who we become, or become who we already are? These are the things I ponder. I apologize in advance. |
