| Introduction | The third of seven children, Ann was raised in Springfield, Oregon for most of her life. She was heavily involved in student council and various athletics throughout her adolescence and was taught by her parents how to work and work hard. She and Dan, her husband of 24 years, own a small business in Medford, Oregon. Ann has served in several capacities in her church congregation, mostly with the children and youth. Ann’s personal motto is, “I can do hard things”, and her nine children are learning this lesson on a daily basis in their home, especially as they’ve built their own home and adopted three of their children. Ann has a myriad of hobbies and interests including gardening, canning, sewing, running, and being in the outdoors. Ann volunteers wherever she can help make a difference strengthening families and promoting education. |
