| Introduction | A teacher by passion and a Social Entrepreneur by profession, I have been successful on both counts during my career spanning more than 10 years. I am now a Social Entrepreneur dedicated to enhancing the education and employability levels in India. I have set up 7 vocational training institutes for school dropouts in Central and North India. Earlier, I have been a successful educational projects manager with Reliance, Everonn and my almamater XIMB where I worked towards launching innovative technology enabled educational programmes. In my stint with CRISIL, I have been awarded and recognized globally for creating an innovative work and study programme. I am an expert in managing both small and large educational institution operations and have successfully managed the operations of IMS in Chennai. A brief research stint with McKinsey and a sales stint with J & J have provided me a strong research and marketing foundation. Academically, I am a commerce graduate with an MBA in Finance and Marketing from XIM Bhubaneswar. I am an avid reader and a guest faculty on marketing, finance and communication skills to some of the business schools and engineering colleges across the country |
