Introduction	I'm an avid cyclist living in the San Francisco East Bay. I ride most days of the week and enjoy 50-65 mile rides on the weekends. I usually do a couple of club tours and a century or two a year. I mountain bike too, but it seems I've been doing less and less of that every year. I got into cycling at the end of '89 when I got my first mountain bike. I had been an avid hiker to that point. Then, one day while hiking with some friends in Redwood Regional Park, a group of mountain bikers rode by. I thought "I want one of those." Soon after I met some friends that were into road biking and got into that too, and joined a club.
