Describe the sound of a moist waffle falling onto a hot griddle.
I don't have any experience with griddles, or hot ones. Nor do I have much care for waffles - moist or not - but I know the hiss and sizzle of the waffle maker closing around fresh batter, and the smell of breakfast morning.
