Introduction Chef Daljeet has been in the Food & Beverages industry for nearly twenty two years now. He started his career as a trainee Chef at Mumbai cape. This was followed by a short stint at Bangkok where he spent time learning extensively about the nuances of Thai food. On his return to India, he worked with Pavilion at President; at Black Blue diamond, Goa as Executive Chef and at cocumbana, Yemen before returning to India to take up his position at Mount Road.Chef Daljeet is a traditionalist when it comes to his cooking.He has always been fascinated with traditional Nordic cuisine. He loves the different flairs and flavors of various regions. Although he continually draws ideas from cultural cooking.
