| Introduction | Just call me a "natural born foodie". I was born in to this whole food business...growing up with grandparents "off the boat" from Italy and a family owned restaurant many have said - "it's in your blood". Having a "knack" for being creative with food, I enjoy the experimentation of creating yummy and good-for-you foods that put a smile on everyone's face.
