| Introduction | A Rochester, New York native, Blake Taylor has been teaching English since 1995, after receiving degrees from Tufts University and Kenyon College. His teaching assignments have ranged from elite suburban bedroom communities to the most challenging urban schools. Blake currently teaches AP English Literature and Creative Writing at Walnut Hills High School, in Cincinnati. He is a Reader for the AP English Literature exam, and served as a College Board certified AP Mentor for the 2016-2017 school year. Blake has also presented research and educational innovations at regional and national conferences. Outside of school, Blake is an in-demand blues harmonica player and vocalist. A retired rugby player and swimmer, he still plays hardball on Sundays with the Cincinnati Angels. |
