| Introduction | I've been happily married for 14 years to a saintly man highly tolerant of my current physical limitations & my cranky ass Lyme-induced personality. We have a beautiful 12 year old daughter eligible for Mensa since kindergarten! We live on an acre in the suburbs - with the best of both worlds with 'country' living in the back yard -- and a 24 hour pharmacy less than a mile away. We have many animals - mostly cats - to keep down our rat population. For a brief time I was an English teacher, but discovered that staying home to raise my daughter has been my greatest privilege and joy! After my daughter started school, I went back to school to become a massage therapist, only to have an abrupt halting of that career decision due to Lyme disease. I've been writing on/off for most of my life - mostly as a means of entertaining myself or as a means of do-it-yourself psychotherapy. I also find analyzing other people's issues to be quite entertaining, and I enjoy giving advice regardless of whether it was solicited or not! Need advice??? |
