Introduction	I am a mother to 7 wonderful children ranging in ages from 17 down to 3 months. I have an amazing husband who works very hard to support our family. We live on a tight budget so we have to find meals that are inexpensive to make but big enuf for everyone. I dont have time to cook on the stove for hours nor do I have the patience. I like to use my crock pots. I have 3. A smaller one, med size one and a large one. I also have a large roaster. I figured I would post the recipes of what I make because I get asked for them alot. Enjoy. :-)
