| Introduction | I've been cooking for myself since I became a vegetarian in a carnivorous family years ago but I didn't really start baking seriously until a few years ago. Since starting college I discovered that I'm a stress baker and that living with a bunch of hungry young adults makes it easy to find people to feed. I love experimenting with recipes and if it doesn't turn out right the first time I'll fiddle with it until it's delicious. When I'm not baking I moonlight as third year political science major at a small liberal arts college in the Midwest. Besides baking and cooking I enjoy photography, animals, music and movies. |
