| Introduction | My name is Shawn. I am 48 years old and have Bi-Polar 2 disorder. and an addiction to alcohol and gambling. I am married to my wonderful wife Jodi and we have a three year old lab named Nova. I started writing this blog as a form of therapy for myself when I was in a dark place.
