Introduction	The author was a Young Leaders Program/ Mombusho scholar at the Kyushu University in Japan where he took his first Master of Laws. He thereafter worked in research and legal consulting. The author was also a Dean's Scholar in the LL.M program of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and earned a Certificate in Business from the Wharton School. He is currently working in Washington, DC. He occasionally writes as a freelance contributor for several online newspapers.
