Introduction I was born in 1975 in Hanoi , capital of Vietnam, where I spent all my childhood and got my first degree in Civil Engineering from Hanoi University of Civil Engineering. After 3 years of teaching at my university, I left home city for Ottawa, capital of Canada in December 2000, living there for 2 years and 8 months for my Master of Applied Science (Structures). Then I have lived in Montreal, Quebec, Canada for my Ph.D. in Geomechanics at Mcgill University but gave up doctoral program. I lived in Calgary, Alberta to work as Civil /Structural Engineer at SNC-Lavalin Inc., Chemicals and Petroleum Business Unit. from 2008 to 2009 before coming back my home town. I have worked in Vietnam for 7 years as a Civil/Structural Engineer, QC/HSE Manager, Civil Design Manager for Thai Binh 2 Power Plant Management Board, a 2x600MW Coal-fired Power Plant Project by PETROVIETNAM in Thai binh, Vietnam. From October 2016, I came back to live in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. I am now professional engineer, Engineering Project Manager in medical equipment planning for Colliers Project Leaders Inc.
