| Introduction | I'm currently employed as the corporate chef for Lou's The Meat factory out of Hamilton Ontario as well as the Executive Chef for the Athlete's village in Whistler BC (18 Jan - 27 Mar). I've been married to my wife Nancy since 1992 and we have 2 young boys Guy(14) and Andre(13) who are both into hockey.
