| Introduction | Have two horses: Berhwood, TB/warmblood cross (part draft?) and Giovanna, Arabian/Swedish Warmblood. Ber is 9 now. I acquired him through an unscrupulous horse trader ("Oh, he's lame? We'll buy him back, or you can get your money back AND keep him, if he doesn't pass his next vet check." Sure. Right. When he failed his next vet check, they were suddenly homeless and had no money. Ber was mine.). Giovanna is 8 now. She came to me after 3 years of poor living (she's 6 inches shorter than her leg ratio says she ought to be...). Gio is a beauty, and she knows it! She thinks she has me wrapped around her left front hoof. Right. With my horses, I'm moving to the south end of Clearlake to start my next professional and personal adventure! |
