Introduction	I'm a 75 year-old grandmother, living in Adelaide, South Australia This blog was originally started in order to share my craft projects and also our new life 'Down Under' but has now expanded to include walks to help improve fitness and to reduce knee pain caused by Osteoarthritis
Interests	Rubber stamping, card making, watercolour painting, photography, drinking coffee, walking and cooking
Favorite movies	Shawshank Redemption, Ghost and Singing in the Rain.
Favorite music	All sorts but love Abba and most music from the late 60s and 70s (except Motown)
Favorite books	Crime novels by Robert Goddard and Peter James, Jane Eyre and The Island
