Introduction	In 1994 I started building web-based apps using Microsoft technologies. I started as a consultant and now work for a major global brand out of Seattle. Currently, I'm leading a team dedicated to SharePoint 2013. Leadership I love helping people find, flex and grow their leadership muscle. I love seeing them become leaders in their own space, regardless of job titles, and then watch as their career grows. Process Improvements I'm always on the hunt for weak processes that need strengthening. I love to find inefficiencies and outdated processes and fine tune them for peak performance. How Do I Decompress? For fun, I go analog. I used to geek out, but with so much technology in my life, I decided to decompress by experiencing things outside of technology. In the last ten or so years I've learned to fly, hunt, raise goats, and fix motorcycles, and more. Volunteerism I volunteer with the Civil Air Patrol (CAP), the auxiliary to the USAF. We're responsible for inland search-and-rescue, disaster relief, etc. We have a strong cadet program that is the best program for building kids into leaders.
