President and Sister Dester

| Introduction | President and Sister Dester were called to serve in the newly created Honduras San Pedro Sula West Mission, beginning July 1, 2013. They are from Bountiful, Utah but have lived in Brazil, Africa and Colorado. President Dester served as a young missionary in Guatemala, is an attorney and was a Sr. Vice President at Deseret Mutual when called to serve. He was also serving as President of the Bountiful Utah Central Stake. Sister Dester taught school before starting their family. The Desters have three married daughters and one son. They are also the proud grandparents of 13 grandchildren. They are excited to be with the wonderful people of Honduras and to serve with all the incredible missionaries who will be joining them over the next three years. |
