Introduction	Through studying pitching, the body and emotions for several years now, I have allowed myself to become well versed in what it takes to improve in the game of baseball. There is a recipe that each one of us needs to create on our own. My job is to give ideas on what should go into each individual athlete's recipe to make them better. The athlete's job is to FEEL their way as they are hearing all the different information that is provided to them.
Interests	Surfing, training, reading, listening to music
Favorite movies	Field of Dreams, Major League, almost everything that Adam Sandler, Vince Vaughn and Will Ferrell put out these days
Favorite music	Hip-Hop, R and B, a lot of old school stuff
Favorite books	Anything by Jerry and Esther Hicks, books about the body
