DUANO obtained his Bachelor of Arts major in Political Science from Lyceum of the Philippines (now Lyceum of the Philippines University), where he was on the Dean’s list. His Bachelor of Laws (Ll.B.) degree was received from San Sebastian College-Recolletos, Institute of Law, with distinction as Valedictorian. Atty. Duano started his professional experience in litigation as an Associate Counsel in the law firm of Atty. Rufus B. Rodriguez (former Commissioner of the Bureau of Immigration & Deportation and now a member of the House of Representatives, Republic of the Philippines).
